The most important realization I got from psychedelics was the understanding that everything was okay.
"I could examine every moment of my life the way you examine the body of someone you love" - I love this line. Sometimes when I'm feeling really sad, I'll kiss my arms and my knees and it's like the purest form of loving kindness.
This is wonderfully written and something I have been trying to do over the last few years too.
